Peer Review Process
TAWAZUN: Multidisciplinary Journal adheres to a rigorous peer review process to ensure the quality and integrity of the manuscripts we publish. Our peer review process is designed to provide constructive feedback to authors and to assist the editorial team in making informed decisions about manuscript acceptance.
- Submission
Authors submit their manuscripts through our online submission system, providing all necessary documents and information required for review.
- Initial Evaluation
Upon submission, manuscripts undergo an initial evaluation by the editorial team to assess their suitability for peer review. Factors considered include relevance to the journal's scope, adherence to submission guidelines, and overall quality.
- Peer Review Assignment
Manuscripts that pass the initial evaluation are assigned to qualified peer reviewers with expertise relevant to the subject matter. Reviewers are selected based on their expertise, experience, and absence of conflicts of interest.
- Peer Review
Reviewers evaluate the manuscript's significance, originality, methodology, clarity, and adherence to ethical standards. They provide detailed feedback and recommendations to the authors and make a recommendation to the editor regarding the manuscript's suitability for publication.
- Editorial Decision
Based on the reviewers' feedback and recommendations, the editor makes a decision on the manuscript. The possible decisions include acceptance, revision, resubmission for further review, or rejection.
- Author Notification
Authors are notified of the editorial decision along with the reviewers' comments and recommendations. If revisions are required, authors are provided with guidance on addressing reviewers' concerns.
- Revision and Final Decision
Authors revise their manuscripts based on the reviewers' feedback and submit the revised version. The editor evaluates the revisions to ensure they adequately address the reviewers' concerns before making a final decision on publication.
